Are you finding that equity work remains siloed in your organization?

Many coaches and leaders struggle to integrate equity considerations into their everyday work. You might find yourself:

● Addressing equity only during designated "equity PD" sessions

● Feeling uncomfortable when equity issues arise unexpectedly in coaching conversations

● Noticing that technical discussions about curriculum, data, or systems happen without an equity lens

● Observing persistent achievement gaps despite implementing various initiatives

● Sensing that equity concerns are treated as "extra" rather than central to the work

In this free 60-minute webinar based on Elena Aguilar's Transformational Coaching model, you'll learn how to make equity the default lens for all coaching interactions rather than a separate topic.

💡By the end of this webinar, you'll be able to:

● Identify and avoid three common pitfalls that keep equity work separate and surface-level

● Apply three transformational moves that naturally integrate equity into every coaching conversation

● Ask powerful questions that surface equity implications in seemingly technical discussions

● Connect individual challenges to broader systemic patterns

● Model your own equity reflection in ways that build capacity in others

● Transform your coaching approach to make equity central rather than peripheral

Whether you're an instructional coach, team leader, administrator, or nonprofit manager, you'll walk away with concrete tools to immediately transform your approach to coaching conversations. You'll explore practical strategies for integrating equity into every coaching conversation.
