Have you found yourself in a conversation where someone said something racist and didn’t know what to do?

Maybe you recognized a bias at play, and you know it’s negatively impacting students. You want to say something…but you are afraid they’ll shut down or shut you out.

You’re not alone.

But here's what Transformational Coaches know: Confrontation doesn't have to destroy connection. In fact, when skillfully done, it can actually strengthen it.

💡 Join us on April 15 at 12 pm PT (2 pm CT / 3 pm ET) for a FREE webinar where you'll discover:

✨ The approach that invites reflection instead of resistance

✨ How to maintain (and even deepen) trust while addressing racism

✨ The secret to making "difficult" conversations feel safe and productive

PLUS: Watch these techniques in action during a live coaching demonstration, during which you’ll see exactly what this looks like in action.

Spots for the live webinar are limited to the first 1000 people who log on. A recording of the webinar will be sent to all registrants and is available to replay for one month.
